Fabulous villa! This property is to die for! It has a terrific view and is near a very quiet and serene bay, Anse Marcel. You need to book this villa. You will not be disappointed! Francois was absolutely outstanding! He made sure we had the trip of a lifetime!!! I can’t say enough good things about how he handled us, from the time we booked the villa, all the way through the visit. He is the best!

The house is exactly as described, very pleasant and located as close as possible to the restaurants and shops of Orient Bay! Everything is done on foot in 2 minutes: beach, nautical activities … The little extra: François’s good plans in restaurants and shops, with beach chairs offered for example if you have lunch in one of the restaurants in the beach … All that makes you forget the little annoyances of the tropics: mosquitoes and erratic water supply.

We absolutely loved the location! Ocean views, walking to any and all restaurants, and grocery stores. A walk out the door to the beach! Amenities were more than enough. Having a washer/ dryer in the unit was great. Full oven, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms. Two hair dryers, plenty of towels and nice ones too. Having coffee out on our own veranda in the morning. Very special and booked for next year.

We had a great stay at villa Colibri. Francois was a great host, very helpful. Upon arrival he had a bottle of champagne for us and soft drinks. Also, gave us few tips on excursions and transportation. The place was clean and located very close to beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Francois was great to communicate with and prompt. The apartment was lovely, clean, and just as the pictures show. Location could not have been better. Great location overall as Orient Bay is definitely one of the nicest and safest areas in the whole island. The property is basically a minute away from the beach and a bunch of restaurants and bars. It has a nice jacuzzi and outdoor grill Francois was very nice and helpful, and prompt to our requests as he lives near by. Be prepared for mosquitos though, they can be very annoying and seem to love tourists : Bring plenty of repellents and mosquito coils (you can also buy them at the local stores on the island.

This spot was was fantastic. It’s totally updated and located near many restaurants and steps from orient bay. Loved the styling and modern amenities. The view is amazing and was lovely to watch the sunrise and set from. Francois was a caring host and even offered to ship back an item I mistakenly left behind! Highly recommend staying here. Francois was on hand to personally check us in upon arrival. He took the time to help us familiarize ourselves with the space and amenities, and gave us tips on where we could get dinner and/or groceries. He also arranged a taxi when we needed one (which showed up right on time). The view of the sea when you enter the space is just breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of the scenery, the sea breeze, the close proximity to the beach (steps away), and the view of the fireworks show on New Year’s Eve was unbeatable! Top it off with a stylish space and a very comfortable bed, and this place is the perfect vacation spot. We highly recommend both Francois and this beautiful property.

To say Francois and the villa were 5 stars is an understatement. From the day we booked months ago, all the way until our last moments here, Francois was incredible. His communication was incredible. Before arriving, he arranged several things for our stay which made planning a breeze. We arrived at the villa and he greeted us. The fridge had champagne, snacks, beer and water which was not expected but so appreciated after such a long trip. Throughout the entire trip, no matter what time we contacted him he was there to answer questions and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. The house was beautiful- even more then in pictures. The view is amazing, the pool and hot tub were awesome, the kitchen was top of the line and the bedrooms pristine. I will ALWAYS use Francois in the future and we can’t wait until we get to visit this villa again.

Francois was very good at communicating with us. There were riots prior to our arrival that would have impacted our travel. He was attentive and kept us up-to-date on the situation. Luckily everything worked out. He met us and took us to the house and had recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. The house was great and had plenty of space for all 8 of us. Let’s start by saying Francois aka Frankie is absolutely amazing! It was my dirty 30 and a host cancelled a few weeks before arrival! My friends had to break the news and ruin the surprise so I had to step up! I wanted a villa with a private pool! Came across Francois post! I was skeptical at first because of the little reviews and the pictures just looked too good to be true! His communications was amazing! Replying immediately answering all my thousands of questions, he had so much information to give and was very flexible with our check in time! He had so much information about the area in the villa and would answer any questions I had on site. He also had wine, champagne, water and snacks available for us! After checking in we mentioned being hungry! He took us took a local place and we really enjoyed it! The house I swear is absolutely gorgeous. Like the views are breathtaking! The only thing I think he should add is the pool guys hours. We were hanging out by the pool when the guys came in and thankfully we were dressed hahaha Other than that book the place and live like rich folks for a few days!

We stayed at Seaview Villa for 7 days and enjoyed every minute. Francois, the property manager was very accommodating. He welcomed us with wine, beer, water and snacks. The villa was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were amazing with a gorgeous view of the ocean and Anguilla. The villa is situated on top of a mountain. While it’s a bit difficult to drive to bc of the narrow roads and inclines, it is worth it once you’re there. The nearby Anse Marcel beach is one of the best beaches on the island and it’s within minutes from the villa. Aside from an attention seeking cat that comes by every day to hang out in the backyard and the mosquitos, everything else was heavenly. We will definitely return for another vacation.

Francois was great from beginning to end. He was easy to communicate to, even prior to arrival. The house was BEAUTIFUL, way better than the pictures. It was also really clean, which is very important to me. The kitchen surprised me; brand new appliances, it has everything that you need; plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. The only thing I could say is if you’re actually planning on cooking during your trip bring some salt and pepper (or you can purchase at one of their markets there). They have laundry and soap on site. Francois also went out of his way to make sure we had water, alcoholic drinks and snacks at the property prior to arrival (which I didn’t ask for!). The pool was perfect, and the hot tub was a bonus. Everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this place, and we would definitely come back to this place again if we ever go back to St. Martin! Great job Francois.

I would definitely recommend this wonderful villa. The view was spectacular, simple yet tasteful decor, sparkling clean and the amenities were perfect. The kitchen was wonderful and well equipped. To top it off, Francois was the perfect host. Friendly, helpful and very accommodating to my sons and I. First time to the island and we loved it. Francois represents the island extremely well.
